JackRabbit has made a commitment to help bring people into the sports that we love. Our training programs are designed to provide a supportive, supervised environment. Our beginner programs are by far the most popular, with hundreds of people participating at a time. We've created a series of programs to help a sedentary person can transform themselves into a runner, cyclist, swimmer, or triathlete. All of our programs focus on coached group workouts so you can interact with other people who are making the same transformation. All of our programs are goal oriented, whether that goal is run/walking 3 miles or completing a 5 mile race - you know when you've made it. For intermediate and advanced athletes, we offer running and triathlon programs with a similiar coaching and group structure, with goals of completing your first marathon, improving your race time at various distances, or making the leap from a single sport to triathlon. The group environment helps keep you motivated and on track, and the coaching is focused on advancing your fitness at a sustainable rate so you can achieve your goals on race day.
