Hello Lee,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and one of your associates. Several weeks ago, I visited JackRabbit after reading about it in New York Magazine. Chris Bergland helped me pick out a new pair of sneakers. His personal attention, spending close to an hour with me testing out several options and sizes was a great help, and a level of customer service rare in New York or anywhere these days.

I asked the cashiers to give me the managers name as well as Chris' and I wanted to be sure that he was commended.

Thanks again, I look forward to visiting JackRabbit again.

Hello.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you e-mail to you and your staff. I recently visited your store on 14th street to purchase a new pair of running shoes.

I'm not an avid runner, but probably log about 1-2 miles a day. I'd been experiencing extreme discomfort in my feet for quite some time and have never been able to find a pair of sneakers that eliminated this problem.

A co-worker recommended your store so I figured I'd check it out. I was sick of the "fast food" style of shoe purchasing that has been my norm for many many years.

I was immediately greeted by a friendly & knowledgeable staff member (Christine?). The best part, though, was that I didn't feel like a "commission."

The worst part about ANY consumer experience is being hounded by an overly anxious salesperson who is clearly more interested in getting you in and out than they are in making sure you leave with the product that is best for you.

To make a long story short, I had a great experience. The video analysis of my feet helped pinpoint a major support problem. After trying on two pairs of shoes, I instantly noticed a difference and experience no discomfort. In only 20 minutes, I had an informative discussion with a knowledgeable salesperson, pinpointed my needs via video analysis, and made an educated purchase.

I sent out a mass e-mail to all of my friends and co-workers who run and have expressed similar dissatisfaction with their current shoe purchasing process and I highly recommended your store. I will continue to do so. Thank you.

This morning I came in very scared. I'm shy and I don't know anything about running which is the reason I came into the store in the first place.

I was going to start running for the first time and I didn't want to spend money unless I knew I was getting a good running shoe.  The person who was working with me was great. He didn't talk down to me and even helped me think of realistic goals for running and ways to achieve those goals.

I really felt like I was getting the best shoes for me.  The customer service in your shop is really unlike anything I've very encountered when entering an athletics store. So many stores can be so snobby and cold, this store is personable and helpful even to a newbie like me. Not only will I always be coming back here but I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about the quality of your store.
