Need to replace your shoes, but can’t find time to make it to the store?  Get a new pair sent to you! 

If you’re a returning JackRabbit customer, fill out the form below.  Our shoe geeks will look up what shoes you bought last time, contact you via phone or email, and arrange purchase and delivery.  If you’re not a JackRabbit shoe customer yet, we can send shoes to you as well, as long as you know exactly what you want.

We will respond to your request within 24 hours of when you submit your request (M-F only), at the latest between 10am and noon the next business day.  We’ll ship them to you no charge (UPS).   If you need them fast, we can have them messengered anywhere in the five boroughs for a $10 fee.

Return policy:  for exchange or store credit only, within the terms of JackRabbit’s normal return policy.  Returns must be done in store.

Please note:  most shoes are updated on a yearly basis.  Your shoes may have changed since the last time you bought them.  If so, we can make recommendations on whether to try the update or come in and try shoes.
